A solid line of thunderstorms developed and hit the Bass coast and Phillip Island just after midnight. Here I managed to jag a stunning barrage of bolts that all came down at once on the southern cell in the line as it lashed the Wonthaggi, Cape Paterson area. You can see the windfarm between the town lights and lefthand bolt.
