The sun disappearing into the thick smoke haze blanketing Bass Strait, Phillip Island and Gippsland (probably a lot of other areas in the state as well) Tinder dry conditions and another w/e heatwave saw another 200 fires started across Victoria with 18 still out of control and some extremely large.
