An approaching thundertorm drifts off Mt Buffalo (faintly visible through the rain in the distant right of frame). I had been playing about with these thunderstorms through the region all afternoon without really getting an image that was nmenmorable. So when the light broke through the cloud from over my right shoulder I was blown away by this spectacular display.
