I've always loved this beach as it is made entirely of clear and pink granite crystals. There had been basically zero swell for 2 days and I wanted to get here on the dead of low tide at sunset to capture this unique beach in a unique way. I called up a good frien of mine to join me on the walk and shoot instead of doing it by myself as I have done a myriad of times over the past 15yrs. We weren't disapppinted at what the conditions provided us on this particular evening as the last light hit the granite tors.
