Doorway Rock has been carved and eroded through the limestone by seas and winds over a millenia. My patience and was rewarded from a very early rise as the sun's first rays illuminate it from behind me but not yet the mainland. Long exposures smooth out all the waves leaving a very tranquil image on what can be a rugged coastline.
