
Tony has teamed up with leading Queensland landscape photographer Ben Messina and we are running specifically designed workshops and itineraries at spectacular locations to maximise unique photographic opportunities with the goal to improve your overall photography, understanding and using your equipment, improve your knowlege and use of light and composition. Limited numbers of small groups and two professional instructors that have been photographing Australia across all camera formats for a combined 30+years. Draw from the experience of international award winnning ladscape photographers that not only win prestigous awards but also run highly succesful galleries and exhibitions showcasing all their own work.
All workshops have a maximum of 12 participants (for 2 guides), so not only is there small numbers of particpants but you also have access to the vast wealth of knowlege from two different pro's. You will learn all of Tony and Ben's photoshop secrets to help make your own images gallery ready.

Set approximately 8hrs drive NW of Brisbane, hidden in the rugged ranges of Queensland's central highlands, Carnarvon Gorge features towering sandstone cliffs, vibrantly coloured side gorges, diverse flora and fauna and Aboriginal rock art.Rising out of the outback plains the sandstone country has been cut by Carnarvon creek and it's myriad of tributaries making for a spectacular gorge fed by side canyons harbouring unique rainforest pockets. A truly amazing location to experience and phootograph. Join us in the most luxurious accomodation possible with ALL meals provided.

Day 1.
Arrive at Carnarvon Gorge Wilderness Lodge. (~8hr from Bris)
Participants to check in at Carnarvon Gorge Wilderness Lodge by 4pm.
Meet at lodge 5pm for briefing and dinner.
Day 2.
Escarpments and canyons
Meet at NP visitor centre at 4:30am to ascend Boolimba bluff for sunrise shoot (~6km return. Grade – medium +. Sturdy footwear and working torch a must!
Shoot dawn and descend for breakfast.
Review images.
Lunch.
Explore the hidden canyons of Mickeys Creek.
Dinner.
Review images/photoshop work.
Total 11km walking – easy to medium/hard grade.

Day 3.
Main gorge and side canyons.
6:30am breakfast.
7:15am meet at NP visitor centre.
Proceed to Moss garden. 3.5km.
Amphitheatre walk. Further 750m.
Wards Canyon and lunch. Further 850m.
Art Gallery. Further 1.2km.
Return walk. 7km.
Freshen up and meet @ bar.
Dinner.

Total 14km walking – easy grade.
