Late afternoon light sweeps across the Mt Buffalo plateau. Standing tall and dominant the massive spires of The Cathedral loom large and cast a long shadow. I love the textures and detail in this huge image, the winding road through the scene also adds interest. At full size you can make out a parked white car where another photographer had arrived and was shooting an image from on the plains looking up.
