I've wanted to photograph this spot over the last few years. It's an old chicory kiln wall on Phillip Island. These vines cloak a corrugated tin wall which must have larger temperature ranges of hot and cold as the leaves seem to be vivid like this only for a very brief period of time before being blown off. This year I managed to get there in time and shoot it amidst soft dawn light. Less than a week later I noticed that most of the leaves had already gone.
