The very early morning light ever so gently caresses a lone snow gum and the exposed boulders on what is a massive mountain face in Kosciuszko NP. I was particulary captivated by the starkness of this scene initially then I watched the light creep across it as the sun rose, finally hitting the snowgum and casting a very long shadow across the shallow gully.
